Coffee butter

Coffea Arabica Seed Oil and Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil

Coffee butter is made from green arabica coffee beans. The oil extracted from the coffee beans is combined with high-quality sunflower oil, which is also cold-pressed. The oil is then lightly hydrogenated to thicken it into a butter with a strong aroma of roasted coffee. The butter is rich in chlorogenic acid, a polyphenol. Cold pressing preserves its valuable plant-derived nutrients. This natural product comes from coffee seeds and is combined with vegetable oils to achieve the ideal buttery consistency. The hydrogenation process is gentle to preserve bioactive substances such as phytosterols and other polyphenols. Thanks to cold pressing, the butter retains its fresh aroma and the maximum potency of the antioxidants present in coffee beans.

Coffee butter intensely moisturises the skin and restores its lipid barrier thanks to its linoleic acid and hydrogenated oil content. It acts as a powerful antioxidant through chlorogenic acid and caffeine, which neutralise free radicals. Its phytosterols provide anti-inflammatory effects, soothing irritated skin and supporting regeneration. It stimulates microcirculation, improving tissue nourishment and reducing puffiness. Caffeine inhibits phosphodiesterase, leading to lipolysis and a reduction in fat within cells. Recommended caffeine concentrations in cosmetics are 0,5-2 % for the eye area and 3-5 % for anti-cellulite products. The butter deeply hydrates, protects against harsh weather and gently exfoliates when used in scrubs.

Ideal for dry, dehydrated, sensitive and mature skin, helping to restore its barrier and hydration. Recommended for tired, dull skin to revitalise it and boost radiance, as well as for skin prone to puffiness and dark circles around the eyes. Suitable for normal to oily skin on areas of the body with cellulite, where it supports drainage and firming. Its anti-inflammatory effects help reduce inflammation and hyperpigmentation in acne-prone skin. At low concentrations, it soothes sensitive skin when combined with hydrating ingredients to prevent dehydration.

A study showed that caffeine at a concentration of 3 % inhibits phosphodiesterase and promotes lipolysis, reducing fat accumulation in cells when used in anti-cellulite products. Applying caffeine to sunburnt skin reduced the risk of skin cancer by stimulating the removal of free radicals from damaged cells. Chlorogenic acid in coffee-derived ingredients has a beneficial effect on dark spots and reduces hyperpigmentation. Research confirmed that caffeine increases collagen production, improving skin elasticity. These findings highlight the clinical efficacy of the butter at concentrations of 3-5 % for visible anti-ageing and anti-cellulite results.
