How does it work?
The more you shop, the higher the customer group you reach and the more benefits you get. Our system adds up the value of your purchases over the last 365 days – dynamically, every day.
You can convert your points into a discount on your order at any time and apply it in your cart. In addition to the discount, every customer group also gets free samples, and in the group with the most hearts you get free shipping within Slovakia on every order.

Earn extra points
20 points: Every month in which you review our products.
20 points: Every month in which you tag us in a story on social media.
50 points: A discount of 50 points on your name day.
15% discount: A code for a 15% discount on your birthday, if you have it entered in your profile.
Points are not credited when a new order is placed, but only once it has been paid. The customer programme is only available to registered customers. Customer points are valid for 12 months.
How do I redeem points?
You redeem points when completing your order. Simply enter the number of points you want to redeem in your cart and click the Apply discount button.
Points are always converted into discounts at the same rate: 1 point = €0.04
The higher your category, the faster you earn points:
1 heart – €1 = 1 point
Example: you spend €100 – you earn 100 points, and on your next purchase you redeem a discount of 100 pts × 0.04 = €4 discount.
2 hearts – €1 = 1.25 points
Example: you spend €100 – you earn 125 points, and on your next purchase you redeem a discount of 125 pts × 0.04 = €5 discount.
3 hearts – €1 = 1.5 points
Example: you spend €100 – you earn 150 points, and on your next purchase you redeem a discount of 150 pts × 0.04 = €6 discount.
Below that, you can also choose free samples – their number depends on the customer group you are in.
