From Dulcia to LucyLab
For almost 15 years we have been creating cosmetics with our own formulas, high quality standards and the conviction that every ingredient must have a reason.
Dulcia is part of our DNA – it holds our beginnings, our first formulas, countless trials, discoveries and lessons, and above all a community of customers who grew with us and pushed us further.
That is why we do not see LucyLab as a new beginning or a mere renaming, but as the natural outcome of almost fifteen years of development.
We have long known how we want to create cosmetics; over time we understood what kind of care we want to bring, and today we have given it a name, a design and a system that truly express who we are. Our knowledge, our technologies and the way we understand skin have changed, but the essence has stayed – our own development, honest formulations and a personal approach.
LucyLab is the natural continuation of the Dulcia natural story and a more precise expression of what we have become over the years.

I am Lucia Klebercová, founder and formulator of LucyLab.
My journey began with natural cosmetics and gradually led me to cosmetic science, biotechnology and modern active ingredients.
In almost 15 years I have created countless formulas and had the chance to follow the experiences of thousands of customers.
The more I learned about skin, the less I believed in universal solutions. Because skin is not simply dry, oily or sensitive.
It can be dehydrated and problematic at the same time. Sensitive, yet prone to pigmentation. Mature, and still on the oily side.
Its needs change with age, hormones, stress, environment, season and lifestyle. And that is exactly where LucyLab began to take shape.
