MyLab lets you adapt a selected LucyLab product to what your skin needs right now. The basis remains a fully fledged product, which you complement with a suitable active ingredient – a booster / SOS serum. This means you do not have to change your entire routine every time your skin changes. You simply give a targeted boost to the product you already want to use.
This way, you can adapt a product that suits you to what your skin needs right now.
Why personalise a product?
Personalisation lets you support a specific skin need in a targeted way without having to change your entire routine or add lots of other products.
You do not have to personalise everything. One well-chosen product is often enough.
Why does MyLab work?
MyLab is not random mixing of ingredients. It works with pre-designed combinations of a specific LucyLab product and an active ingredient – a booster / SOS serum.
The recommendation is based on your skin's need, its current intensity and the product you want to personalise. MyLab also tells you which active ingredient to use and how many drops to add to one dose of the product.
If your skin's needs change over time, you can simply go through MyLab again and choose a new focus without having to change your entire routine.

You can address the same skin need at different steps of your care routine. So there is not always just one right category. Choose according to where in your routine you want to boost the effect of the active ingredient.
Facial cleansing
Choose this if you want to include the active ingredient as early as the cleansing step, or if you do not want to add another step to your routine.
Face serum
Choose this if you want to address your concern as precisely as possible and leave the active ingredient on your skin.
Face cream
Choose this if you want to address a specific concern while also giving your skin hydration, nourishment and protection against drying out.
Eye area
Choose this if you want to address the needs of the delicate skin around the eyes in a targeted way, for example dryness, fine lines or a tired appearance.
You can also personalise several categories at once.
For example, you can complement cleansing with a personalised serum or cream. You can personalise the eye area separately and at the same time adapt a product for your whole face.
However, there is no need to personalise everything. One well-chosen product is often enough, depending on where you want to give your care a targeted boost.

Take your usual amount of the product and add the recommended number of drops of booster / SOS serum. Mix gently and use as usual.
The result? A product tailored to your skin's current needs.
How do I personalise a product at home?
Take the amount of product you normally use for one application into your palm or onto your fingers.
Add exactly as many drops of booster / SOS serum as MyLab recommends.
Mix gently just before use and use the product as usual.
Then rinse off the cleansing product. Leave the serum, cream or eye product on your skin according to the instructions for use.
The booster / SOS serum is not poured into the whole pack of the product. Personalisation takes place afresh with each use – always in just one dose of the product.

Always personalise just one dose of the product, right before use.
Stick to the recommended number of drops. More does not mean a better result.
Only use the booster / SOS serum that MyLab has recommended for the specific product.
If you personalise several products, use each one with the active ingredient and dosage recommended specifically for it.
Do not combine different boosters / SOS serums in one dose unless MyLab explicitly recommends this for the specific product.
If your skin's needs change, you can go through MyLab again at any time and adapt your care to what your skin needs right now.

No. One well-chosen personalised product that complements your usual routine in a targeted way is often enough. - Can I personalise several products or categories?
Yes. For example, you can personalise your cleanser as well as a serum or cream. You can personalise the eye area separately along with a product for your whole face. However, use each product with the booster / SOS serum and dosage recommended by MyLab specifically for it. - How should I choose which category to personalise?
Choose according to where you want to use the active ingredient in your routine. A serum is the most targeted leave-on step, a cream combines active care with hydration and nourishment, cleansing lets you include the active ingredient as early as washing, and the eye area is designed for the needs of this delicate zone. - If I have acne, do I automatically have to choose cleansing?
No. You can address the same concern at different steps of your routine. Cleansing is suitable if you want to include the active ingredient when washing. Choose a serum or cream if you want to leave the active ingredient on your skin. - Can I add more booster / SOS serum?
No. Stick to the dosage recommended by MyLab. A larger number of drops does not mean a better result. - Can I pour the booster / SOS serum into the whole pack of the product?
No. Always add the booster / SOS serum to just one dose of the product, right before use. - Can I mix several different boosters / SOS serums in one application?
Only if MyLab explicitly recommends it for the specific product. Do not combine different boosters in one dose at your own discretion. - Can I use the same booster with several products?
Only if MyLab also recommends it for that specific additional product. For each product, follow its own recommendation and dosage.

You can go through MyLab again at any time. You choose your current skin need and the system will recommend a new focus based on your next selection.
