DPD – delivery to your address

A DPD courier will deliver your order to the address you provide in your order. This shipping method is ideal if you want to receive your parcel at home, at work or at another place of your choice.

DPD Pickup – pick-up points and lockers

You can also have your parcel delivered to the extensive network of DPD Pickup points and self-service lockers all over Slovakia. When ordering, simply choose the location that suits you best.

Personal collection

You can collect the products you have ordered in person at our collection point in Bratislava. As soon as your order is ready for collection, we will send you a notification email.

Please only come for your order once you have received the email confirming that it is ready. Until then, your order may not yet be complete. For personal collection, the order must be paid in advance.

Shipping price

The shipping price depends on the delivery method you choose and, where applicable, on other conditions of the specific order. You will always see the current shipping price in your cart before you place your order. If your order qualifies for free shipping, this is shown directly during checkout.

Online payment via Comgate

You can pay for your order online through the Comgate payment gateway. Once you choose online payment, you will continue to a secure payment environment where you complete the payment using one of the available methods.

Payment details are processed by the Comgate payment service. LucyLab does not have access to your full payment card details.

Bank transfer

You can also pay for your order by bank transfer to our account. When paying, please use the payment details shown with your order or in your order confirmation. We will start preparing your order for dispatch once the payment has been credited to our account.

Cash on delivery – pay when you receive your order

You only pay for your order when you receive it. Cash on delivery can be paid by payment card or in cash, depending on the options of the specific delivery method or pick-up point.

Before you place your order

During checkout, you choose your shipping and payment method. Before you submit your order, which is binding, the online shop shows you the price of the products ordered, the price of the chosen shipping method, any fee associated with the chosen payment method and the total price of the order.
