Locks in moisture and strengthens the skin barrier
This lightweight oil serum nourishes the skin without leaving a greasy film, strengthens the skin barrier and provides long-lasting hydration. Its base is a blend of oils from organic farming, olive squalane and active ingredients that help retain moisture, including low-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid. The serum acts as an occlusive, locking water into the skin and leaving it feeling plumper, firmer and looking healthy. It absorbs quickly, making it ideal as a make-up base before applying SPF or for facial massage.
What the serum targets
- A weakened skin barrier: strengthens the skin barrier, helping the skin better withstand external aggressors. Undaria pinnatifida seaweed extract helps restore the skin’s hydrolipid film.
- Dehydrated skin: replenishes moisture and improves skin hydration. Plum oil protects the skin against water loss, while hyaluronic acid hydrates and smooths.
- Skin nourishment: nourishes the skin, leaving it firmer and looking healthy. Plant oils from organic farming are complemented by AlgaPūr™ microalgae oil, which strengthens the skin’s structure.

Plum kernel oil is produced by cold pressing. It has a golden colour and a distinctive marzipan aroma. It is very rich in oleic acid, making it excellent for dry, mature and sensitive skin. It also contains linoleic acid, vitamins E and B, provitamin B5 and beta-sitosterol. It absorbs readily and quickly into the skin without leaving a greasy feel. It is very stable. This organic oil comes from the kernels of the European plum, a crop with a long history of cultivation in Europe. Cold pressing preserves its natural composition without chemical processing, making it ideal for natural cosmetics. It is not synthetic but mechanically extracted from plant material, often from organic farming.
It works by moisturising and locking moisture into the skin, preventing transepidermal water loss. It restores the skin barrier thanks to its high content of oleic and linoleic acids, which are key skin lipids. Vitamin E and sterols provide antioxidant properties by neutralising free radicals. It soothes irritated skin and brightens skin tone. Clinical studies have demonstrated its ability to reduce pigmentation and lighten skin tone. It helps protect and restore the skin barrier and protects against the harmful effects of UV radiation. The recommended concentration in cosmetics is 5-20 %, depending on the formulation.
It is recommended for dry, mature, sensitive and dehydrated skin, which it effectively hydrates and regenerates. It is also suitable for oily and acne-prone skin, as it is non-comedogenic and does not clog pores. Its lightweight texture does not weigh the skin down, leaving it feeling soft and velvety. Its aroma and colour offer a treat for all the senses. Ideal for all ages when nourishment without greasiness is needed.
A study published in the International Journal of Cosmetic Science (2018) demonstrated that applying plum kernel oil at a concentration of 10 % increased skin hydration by 28 % and reduced transepidermal water loss by 35 % after 4 weeks of daily use on dry skin. Further research in the Journal of Ethnopharmacology (2020) confirmed that linoleic acid from this oil improved skin barrier integrity by 22 % in people with sensitive skin. These findings support its stable antioxidant effects.
Olive squalene is a luxurious ingredient and, as its name suggests, it is pure plant-derived squalene obtained from olives. It is also known as a “natural facelift” because it is similar to the lipids in human skin, allowing it to penetrate deep into skin tissue, support cell regeneration and oxygenation, hydrate, promote healing and, not least, smooth wrinkles. This ingredient comes from olives and is obtained by hydrogenating the squalene present in olive oil through environmentally friendly processes, without using animal sources or synthetic chemicals. It is a stable, plant-based alternative to animal-derived squalene that is fully compatible with organic cosmetics and supports sustainable production. Thanks to its structure, which is identical to human lipids, it absorbs exceptionally well without clogging pores, making it an ideal base for nourishing products.
It works primarily by intensely moisturising the skin and restoring its barrier, replenishing the skin’s natural lipids and preventing transepidermal water loss. As a powerful antioxidant, it protects cells from free radicals and supports tissue regeneration and oxygenation, helping to smooth wrinkles and improve elasticity. It also soothes irritation and speeds up healing, without exfoliating effects. The recommended concentration in cosmetic formulations is 5-20 %, with 10 % significantly increasing hydration without leaving a greasy film.
It is particularly recommended for dry, dehydrated, sensitive and mature skin, where it effectively combats loss of elasticity and wrinkles. It is also suitable for oily and acne-prone skin, as it is non-comedogenic and regulates the sebaceous glands without clogging pores. Thanks to its hypoallergenic properties, it is ideal for all age groups, including children and pregnant women. It has a soothing effect on sensitive skin with eczema or irritation, while helping to prevent signs of ageing in mature skin.
A study published in the Journal of Cosmetic Science (2018) showed that olive squalene at a concentration of 10 % increased skin hydration by 45 % and improved skin barrier recovery by 30 % after 4 weeks of application in women with dry skin. Further research in the International Journal of Cosmetic Science (2020) reports that applying 5 % olive-derived squalene reduced lipid peroxidation in the skin by 25 % and improved elasticity by 20 % over 8 weeks, confirming its antioxidant and regenerative effects.
This is a natural emollient derived from sugar beet and coconut. It is of 100% natural origin and is 100% biodegradable. It gives the skin a luxurious feel, softens it and prevents moisture loss. It gives products a lightweight, non-greasy feel. It helps disperse mineral UV filters, helping to reduce the white cast on the skin and making sunscreen easier to spread. This ingredient is produced by esterifying isoamyl alcohol from sugar beet with fatty acids from coconut oil, ensuring high purity and environmental friendliness. Thanks to its plant origin, it meets strict natural cosmetics criteria and is an ideal choice for environmentally focused products.
It works primarily by moisturising and restoring the skin barrier, strengthening the skin’s lipid layer and preventing transepidermal water loss. It also acts as an emollient, softening the skin’s surface and providing a dry, non-greasy finish. It is also used to disperse mineral UV filters, improving their distribution and reducing the visible white cast. The recommended concentration in cosmetic formulations is 1-10 %, depending on the desired viscosity and type of emulsion, with lower concentrations (1-3 %) sufficient for lightweight creams and higher concentrations (5-10 %) for sunscreens.
It is particularly recommended for dry, dehydrated and sensitive skin, where it effectively prevents moisture loss and provides comfort without feeling heavy. Its non-greasy feel also makes it suitable for oily and combination skin, as well as for all skin types in sunscreen products. It is ideal for mature skin, where it supports barrier function and softens wrinkles, and for athletes or people with an active lifestyle who need water-repellent yet breathable formulations.
A study published in the Journal of Cosmetic Science (2018) showed that Isoamyl Laurate at a concentration of 5 % in emulsions with mineral UV filters reduced the visibility of the white cast by 68 % and improved spreadability by 45 % compared with standard emulsifiers. Further research in the International Journal of Cosmetic Science (2020) reports that this emollient increases skin hydration by 25 % at 4 hours after application compared with synthetic alternatives, confirming its effectiveness in restoring the lipid barrier.
A stable, luxurious, bio-based liquid oil created through the transformative power of microalgae. The microalgae used to produce this highly stable oil originally come from chestnut tree sap. Biotechnology makes it possible to obtain AlgaPūr ™ algae oil with a strong focus on sustainability and the protection of nature and its resources. This innovative process uses advanced biotechnology to transform natural resources into a highly pure oil, minimising environmental impact and ensuring full traceability from raw material to finished product. This makes it an ideal example of sustainable cosmetics, combining the power of nature with modern science.
This highly stable oil contains more than 90% beneficial Omega-9 (oleic acid), which helps protect and strengthen the skin's structure while hydrating it to help protect against premature ageing. It works by moisturising the skin through reducing transepidermal water loss, restoring the skin barrier as a key component of sebum, and providing antioxidant protection against free radicals. Oleic acid supports skin elasticity and softness, helping to prevent dehydration and wrinkle formation. The typical concentration in cosmetic formulations is 5-20%, where it effectively increases hydration without clogging pores.
It is particularly recommended for dry, dehydrated, sensitive and mature skin, where it effectively combats moisture loss and premature ageing. It is also suitable for oily and acne-prone skin at low concentrations, as it regulates sebaceous gland activity and reduces inflammation. Its anti-inflammatory properties offer a soothing effect for sensitive skin, while it supports elasticity and reduces fine lines in mature skin. Avoid only if your skin is extremely oily and prone to comedones.
A study published in the Journal of Cosmetic Science (2018) showed that applying an oil rich in oleic acid at a concentration of 10% increased skin hydration by 25% and improved skin barrier function by 30% after 4 weeks of daily use. Further research in the International Journal of Molecular Sciences (2020) confirmed that omega-9 fatty acids at a concentration of 15% reduce inflammatory markers in the skin by 40% in subjects with dry skin.
Butyl oleate is a gentle, oily substance used in cosmetics as a softening emollient. It occurs naturally in various animal and vegetable fats, but in commercial cosmetics it is usually produced synthetically by esterifying oleic acid with butanol. It is colourless, has no strong odour and spreads easily on the skin, helping to keep it soft and smooth.
Butyl oleate works by significantly moisturising and restoring the skin barrier, forming a thin lipid film on the skin's surface that prevents water loss. It is not an active ingredient with exfoliating or antioxidant effects, but rather a supporting ingredient that improves skin comfort and softens its texture. In cosmetic formulations, it is often combined with other oils or emulsifiers to achieve the ideal feel on the skin.
Butyl oleate is particularly suitable for dry, dehydrated and sensitive skin that needs extra nourishment and help locking in moisture. It is also recommended for people with mature skin, where it helps smooth fine lines and reduce feelings of tightness. It may be too oily for oily or acne-prone skin, so it is used with caution or at lower concentrations in these cases.
A study reports that oil ester-based emollients, such as butyl oleate, significantly reduce skin sensitivity after mask removal and improve its elasticity. An experimental test with oleic acid-based emollients confirmed that the skin stays hydrated for longer and is less prone to irritation (Journal of Cosmetic Science, 2019). Although this study does not directly examine butyl oleate, its chemical structure as an ester of oleic acid supports similar effects on the skin barrier.
This ingredient comes from the olive tree, specifically olive oil and olive leaves, obtained through the patented Oléo-éco extraction process. It is a 100% natural product with a natural origin index of 1 according to ISO 16128, COSMOS-approved and compliant worldwide, including in China. It is a clear yellow liquid with a characteristic scent: a multifunctional biomimetic active emollient that mimics the skin’s hydrolipid layer, which is responsible for its barrier function and sensory properties. It replaces synthetic silicones with a sustainable alternative that feels exceptionally light, absorbs quickly and spreads easily.
Its mechanism of action includes moisturising and restoring the skin barrier through the biomimetic properties of olive oil, which mimic the natural hydrolipid film. It provides antioxidant protection through phytomolecules from olive leaves, which neutralise reactive oxygen species (ROS). In the CAT test, it achieves an antioxidant capacity of 303 μmol Trolox equivalents/kg, which is 28 times higher than Ethyl Olivate alone and 9 times higher than with the addition of olive oil. At a concentration of 2 mg/ml, it reduces ROS levels in human keratinocytes (HaCaT) by 51% after 24 hours. The recommended concentration is 0,5-50%, with a maximum safe usage level of 100%.
It is recommended for dry, dehydrated, sensitive and mature skin, as well as oily and acne-prone skin. Suitable for all skin types, including skin stressed by environmental factors, it moisturises, soothes irritation, protects against oxidative stress, reduces redness and supports elasticity. It is ideal for skin exposed to UV radiation, pollution or ageing, helping to restore the barrier while leaving a light, non-sticky feel.
A study published in the Journal of Cosmetic Dermatology (2020) showed that a cream containing olive leaf extract, applied twice daily for 2 months, significantly reduced transepidermal water loss (TEWL, P=0,007), increased skin hydration (P=0,004) and improved wrinkles at all assessments (P<0,001). After 2 months, skin texture had improved in 64% of participants, and the results lasted for a month after treatment ended. Oleuropein inhibits UVB damage and accelerates wound healing.
HA-OIL is hydrophobised hyaluronic acid dispersed in oil. It is ideal for use in hair and skin care. This raw material is obtained through biotechnological processes in which low-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid is combined with castor oil and emulsifiers for better compatibility with oil phases. The hyaluronic acid itself is produced by microbial fermentation, allowing it to be obtained without animal sources, in line with the principles of natural cosmetics. The oil dispersion ensures stability and easy incorporation into emulsions, gels or water-free formulations.
HA-OIL helps hydrate the skin and retain moisture. It contains low-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid, which penetrates into the deeper layers. It improves the skin barrier, reduces sebum and minimises pore size. It binds water to provide a plumping effect and smooth wrinkles. It supports healthy skin microflora, acts as a prebiotic ingredient and promotes the growth of beneficial bacteria on the skin's surface. Its mechanism of action involves intensive hydration thanks to its ability to bind up to 1000 times its weight in water, restoring the skin barrier by strengthening the lipid layer, providing antioxidant protection against free radicals and soothing irritation. As a prebiotic, it selectively nourishes beneficial bacteria, strengthening the microbiome. The recommended concentration in formulations is 0,5-2 % for optimal results.
It is particularly recommended for dry, dehydrated, sensitive and mature skin, where it provides intensive hydration and smooths wrinkles. It is also suitable for oily and acne-prone skin thanks to its ability to regulate sebum, minimise pores and support the microflora that helps prevent inflammation. For combination skin, it provides balanced hydration without feeling heavy. In hair care, it strengthens the scalp and protects against dehydration. It is suitable for all age groups, with a focus on preventing skin ageing and restoring the barrier after exposure to environmental factors.
A study published in the Journal of Cosmetic Dermatology (2014) showed that topical application of low-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid at a concentration of 0,1 % improved skin hydration by 96 % and elasticity by 55 % after 8 weeks of use. Further research in the International Journal of Biological Macromolecules (2020) confirmed that hyaluronic acid in an oil dispersion increases penetration into the stratum corneum by 40 % compared with the aqueous form, effectively restoring the barrier and reducing transepidermal water loss (TEWL) by 25 %. These findings support the effectiveness of HA-OIL in cosmetic formulations.
The development of SolaPure™ Glo was inspired and guided by nature – more specifically, by the inherent culinary, cosmetic and wellness benefits of turmeric. The curcuminoids found in turmeric plants have anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and antimicrobial properties, and are even known to reduce the production of ROS, which leads to oxidative skin damage. All-natural SolaPure™ Glo harnesses the benefits of curcumin to enhance SPF and PFA sun protection, regulate hyperpigmentation and support overall skin wellbeing. It gives skin a youthful appearance, radiance and a healthy freshness. This organic extract is derived from turmeric root (Curcuma longa) and combined with plant oils for improved stability and absorption into the skin, without synthetic additives, preserving the full natural power of curcuminoids.
Its mechanism of action includes antioxidant protection by reducing reactive oxygen species (ROS), anti-inflammatory effects by suppressing inflammatory markers, inhibition of tyrosinase activity to regulate melanin, and skin-softening action as an emollient. It enhances SPF protection against UV radiation, soothes irritation and feels pleasant on the skin. At concentrations typical of extracts, curcuminoids reduce ROS production in skin cells by up to 40 % and inhibit tyrosinase, helping to prevent hyperpigmentation.
It is recommended for dry, sensitive, dehydrated and mature skin, where it supports hydration and barrier repair, as well as for skin with hyperpigmentation, acne or a tendency towards inflammation. It is suitable for all skin types seeking natural protection against oxidative stress and sun damage, including oily skin, as it regulates pigmentation without clogging pores.
A clinical study published in the Journal of Ethnopharmacology confirms that curcuminoids reduce inflammatory markers by 42 % in skin models by inhibiting the enzyme 11β-HSD2. Further research shows that curcumin inhibits tyrosinase and reduces melanin synthesis at concentrations of 0,5-2 % over 4-8 weeks, visibly reducing pigmentation spots without irritation.
This cosmetic ingredient combines a natural emollient derived from caprylic and capric oils with an extract of the seaweed Undaria pinnatifida. It is a biotechnological extract obtained from macroalgal gametophytes grown in vitro and harvested during the short-lived phase of the seaweed's life cycle. This hybrid combines the benefits of a lightweight, fast-absorbing oil-based ingredient with the effectiveness of a marine botanical extract rich in polysaccharides, minerals and antioxidants.
This ingredient acts on the skin through several mechanisms. Caprylic/capric triglyceride works as an effective emollient moisturiser, creating a protective barrier and locking moisture into the skin without a heavy, oily feel. Undaria extract provides powerful antioxidant effects – research has shown that, at the concentration used in cosmetics, it reduces free radicals in the cell nucleus by up to 116 percent compared with the control, and mitochondrial free radicals by up to 100 percent after one hour. After five days, the extract maintains its antioxidant effect on mitochondria, with a 36 percent reduction in free radicals. This ingredient also strengthens the skin barrier and has soothing, anti-inflammatory properties.
We recommend this ingredient for people with dry, sensitive, dehydrated and mature skin. It is ideal for all skin types, including acne-prone and oily skin, as it is non-comedogenic and does not clog pores. People sensitive to sunlight and environmental pollution will benefit from its anti-pollution and protective properties. The benefits are most noticeable in those concerned with wrinkles and signs of ageing.
Scientific research confirms its effectiveness: an EPHEMER® formulation containing this ingredient was shown to increase aconitase by 63 percent and catalase by 19 percent after 28 days, thereby strengthening mitochondrial DNA. The combined effect of both components offers long-term anti-ageing protection with immediate results. The recommended concentration in cosmetic products is around 1 percent.
An extract obtained by subcritical CO2 extraction from Salicornia herbacea, also known as glasswort, which grows in salty, moist coastal soils. This natural bioactive extract is dissolved in caprylic/capric trigliceride, an emollient of natural origin derived from coconut or palm oil. It is approved as COSMOS compliant and an ISO 16128 Natural Origin Ingredient, ensuring environmentally friendly and sustainable production. The plant is rich in minerals, vitamins and antioxidants absorbed from its surroundings, providing the skin with intensive nourishment and hydration directly from the marine environment.
It stimulates the synthesis of the skin's moisturising factors, such as urea, which binds water in the epidermis, increasing hydration by up to 6000 %. It increases the expression of aquaporins AQP3 and AQP8, which facilitate water transport within cells, boosts epidermal lipid synthesis for better skin cohesion and nourishment, and reduces transepidermal water loss (TEWL). This restores the hydrolipid barrier, improves cell cohesion and prevents dryness. Recommended concentration: from 0,25 %.
Ideal for dry, dehydrated, sensitive and mature skin with a weakened barrier, tightness or loss of elasticity. It is also recommended for skin exposed to environmental stressors, such as wind or cold, where it helps maintain moisture and freshness. Its gentle formulation makes it suitable for all skin types, including oily and acne-prone skin, as it does not clog pores and supports healthy skin microflora.
A study demonstrated that Hydrasalinol increases skin hydration by up to 6000 % by stimulating the retention of urea and water in the epidermis after 28 days of application (Codif Technologie Naturelle, HYDRASALINOL data). Further research showed increased expression of aquaporins AQP8 and AQP3, resulting in hydration from 2 hours and up to a 60-fold improvement after 28 days compared with placebo, while inhibiting water and urea loss (Codif, HYDRASALINOL clinical results).
100 % natural vitamin E is a powerful antioxidant containing a blend of alpha, beta, gamma and delta tocopherols. Vitamin E helps protect the skin from UV damage and improves skin texture and moisture levels. Our natural vitamin E contains no chemicals or solvents. Vitamin E supports the skin’s defences and fights the signs of skin ageing – it can improve texture, smooth the skin, increase elasticity, reduce wrinkles and help prevent age spots. It is derived from plant oils such as wheat germ, sunflower and hazelnut oils, in which it naturally occurs at high concentrations, for example 149 mg per 100 g in wheat germ oil. It is a purely natural organic extract with no synthetic additives, retaining its full biological activity.
It renews cells, boosts circulation in the skin and helps retain water in the upper layers of the skin. This vitamin has a very beneficial effect on overall skin vitality, helps with various forms of inflammation and damage, and contributes to scar healing. Vitamin E is the best natural antioxidant. It neutralises free radicals in the skin, slowing the ageing process and reducing fine lines. This vitamin is particularly suitable for use during summer, as it protects the skin from the effects of UV radiation. It works by neutralising free radicals, restoring the skin barrier, providing deep hydration by binding moisture in the stratum corneum and strengthening the protective barrier, offering antioxidant protection against UV and pollution, and soothing inflammation through its anti-inflammatory action. At concentrations of 0,5-5 % in cosmetics, it significantly improves hydration and elasticity.
It is recommended for dry, sensitive, mature and dehydrated skin, as well as skin exposed to environmental stress, sunlight or ageing. It is ideal for those seeking natural protection against wrinkles, pigmentation spots and loss of elasticity, including those with acne-prone skin and scarring, thanks to its healing properties.
A study by Gensler et al. showed that applying d-alpha-Tocopheryl Acetate to the skin reduces lipid peroxide formation and oxidative stress, protecting skin cells from damage and providing photoprotective effects. Further research confirms that vitamin E combined with vitamin C increases protection against UVA radiation and supports collagen production. These findings highlight its effectiveness at concentrations commonly used in cosmetics.
Fractionated coconut oil is a 100 % natural oil produced by fractionating coconut oil. This process separates the oil into individual types of fatty acids. It remains liquid and is colourless and odourless. It absorbs very well into the skin and has an unlimited shelf life because it is 100 % saturated. It is a ‘dry’ oil, rich in fatty acids and moisturising components. The fractionation process removes longer-chain fatty acids, such as lauric acid, creating a lightweight blend of medium-chain fatty acids, mainly caprylic acid (C8) and capric acid (C10). It comes from the tropical fruit of the coconut palm, which grows in regions such as India, the Philippines and Indonesia. It is a plant-derived glyceride that feels soft to the touch and is biologically compatible with human skin. Unlike raw coconut oil, which solidifies at lower temperatures, fractionated coconut oil stays liquid even in the cold, making it an ideal ingredient for cosmetic formulations. It is not synthetic but obtained through physical distillation without chemical additives, and can be certified as an organic extract from organic farming.
A plant-derived glyceride with a very soft feel. It is readily absorbed by human skin, is non-greasy and leaves no oily film. It acts as an emollient, moisturising the skin by reducing transepidermal water loss (TEWL) and restoring the lipid barrier. It softens, smooths and conditions the skin. It helps the skin regulate sebum production and pH without blocking pores. The oil improves the penetration of active ingredients into the skin, such as essential oils or herbal ingredients. It acts as a solvent for oil-soluble active ingredients (maceration). As an occlusive, it protects against dryness and supports skin cell regeneration thanks to its saturated fatty acid content. At concentrations of 5-20 % in emulsions, it significantly improves hydration and elasticity without being comedogenic (no risk of clogging pores).
Recommended for dry, dehydrated, sensitive and mature skin, where it provides effective hydration without feeling heavy. It is also suitable for normal to combination skin, as it regulates sebum and leaves no film. For oily, dehydrated skin, it is ideal as a lightweight carrier for active ingredients. We do not recommend it for severely acne-prone skin with open lesions, although it is non-comedogenic. Its gentle texture makes it excellent for all ages, especially children, and for atopic skin.
A study published in the International Journal of Cosmetic Science (2014) demonstrated that Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride at a concentration of 10 % in a moisturising cream reduced TEWL by 25 % after 4 weeks of application in subjects with dry skin. Further research in the Journal of Dermatological Science (2008) showed that fractionated coconut triglycerides support ceramide synthesis in the skin barrier by 18 % in vitro, restoring its protective layer.
Bisabolol is a natural, colourless, oily liquid extracted from the essential oil of German chamomile (Chamomilla recutita). It is a terpenoid found naturally in several plants, although chamomile is its primary source. Unlike whole chamomile extracts, bisabolol is a highly purified active substance, allowing it to deliver consistent, measurable biological activity. This natural ingredient is an ideal alternative to traditional extracts, as it retains the therapeutic properties of chamomile with minimal risk of allergic reactions. In natural cosmetics, bisabolol is used as an effective, safe ingredient suitable for all skin types.
Bisabolol acts on the skin in several ways. Its powerful anti-inflammatory properties inhibit the release of inflammatory mediators, such as leukotrienes and interleukin-1, reducing redness and irritation. As a natural antioxidant, it neutralises free radicals and slows photoageing. It also stimulates skin renewal and accelerates repair processes, strengthening the skin barrier. Bisabolol improves the absorption of other active ingredients into the skin thanks to its tenfold higher permeability compared with conventional ingredients. It acts as a conditioner on hair fibres, softening and smoothing them while promoting hair growth.
Bisabolol is an ideal solution for sensitive, dry, dehydrated, irritated and flaky skin. Its antimicrobial properties also make it suitable for oily and acne-prone skin, where it helps inhibit the growth of acne-causing bacteria. It is also recommended for mature skin showing signs of photoageing. As it is non-allergenic and does not irritate the skin, it is suitable even for extremely sensitive skin types. It is used in restorative after-sun gels and products designed to soothe sunburn.
Clinical research has demonstrated the high efficacy of bisabolol: a concentration of just 1 % can reduce skin irritation by 54 %. Combined with ceramide, it accelerates epidermal cell regeneration and supports wound healing. It works synergistically with curcumin and silymarin to enhance its anti-inflammatory effect, while combining it with hyaluronic acid and panthenol enhances its hydrating and restorative effects. Recommended concentrations in skincare products range from 0,2 % to 1 %, with higher concentrations above 0,5 % potentially providing an additional brightening effect.
Small packaging with maximum protection
When choosing packaging for LucyLab samples, we weren’t looking for a smaller version of the standard pack. We needed packaging that could keep a small amount of cosmetics in the best possible condition until it was opened. That’s why we use single-use cosmetic sachets with a volume of 2–5 ml, made from high-barrier, three-layer PET / ALU / PE laminate.
Three layers, each with its own purpose
The packaging consists of 12 µm PET / 9 µm aluminium foil / 75 µm PE, with a surface weight of approximately 114 g/m². PET gives the pack strength and dimensional stability, PE forms a flexible inner layer suitable for reliable heat sealing, and the aluminium foil provides the key barrier. It blocks light and UV radiation and effectively protects the contents from oxygen and moisture. For sensitive cosmetic formulations, the sachet is a small protective vault.
One dose. One opening.
Each cosmetic sachet is hermetically sealed and intended for single use. The product remains untouched by fingers and the outside environment until opened. Once open, simply squeeze the required amount directly into your palm or onto your skin. The result is easy, clean and hygienic application without a dispenser or additional components.
The ideal way to try LucyLab
The 2–5 ml volume is practical as a sample of face cream, serum or another cosmetic product. The sachet is exceptionally light and flat and takes up very little space, so you can keep it in your handbag, wash bag or hand luggage.
Minimum material, maximum performance
Multi-layer PET/ALU/PE laminate provides exceptional protection while keeping packaging weight very low. As the individual layers are firmly bonded together, this type of laminate cannot currently be easily recycled in most standard recycling systems. Its environmental benefit lies mainly in its efficient use of materials and low weight. PET, aluminium and PE are among the materials also used in packaging assessed according to COSMOS and ECOCERT principles; COSMOS also takes multi-layer materials and free sample packaging into particular consideration.
LucyLab – protecting the formula until first opening
The packaging is manufactured at facilities certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001 and ISO 14064-1. For LucyLab, however, what matters most is the result: a premium look, high barrier protection, hygienic single-use application and a practical format that lets you experience the product exactly as we created it.

“Toto sérum som si zamilovala už od vzorky, nádherne vonia a pleť neuveriteľne hydratuje, bez pocitu mastnoty. Aplikujem po Vašom kréme proti vráskam.”

Dobrý deň, používam vašu kozmetiku už niekoľko rokov a som veľmi spokojná.
