Oil from carrot tissues

Deep orange oil is an extract of carrot pigments from carrot tissues macerated in vegetable oil. This natural extract comes from the roots of carrots (Daucus carota) and is obtained through traditional maceration in vegetable oils. It is an organic extract that preserves all the valuable active compounds of the original plant in a non-denatured form. The oil is rich in vitamins B, C, D and E and contains more than 600 carotenoids, which are among the strongest antioxidants. The most important of these is beta-carotene, which our body converts into active vitamin A – an essential micronutrient necessary for maintaining healthy skin, elasticity, and regenerative processes.

The mechanism of action of the oil is based on a combination of several processes. It primarily acts as a powerful antioxidant that neutralizes free radicals generated by UV radiation and oxidative stress. The beta-carotene present in the oil stimulates collagen production and accelerates the renewal of skin cells, thereby significantly reducing the visibility of wrinkles. Extract of red Sicilian oranges contains flavonoids and anthocyanins, which, like carotenoids from carrots, protect the skin from damage caused by UVB and UVA rays and reduce the formation of free radicals after sun exposure. At the same time, the oil has a moisturizing effect and restores the skin barrier thanks to its high content of vegetable oils and lipids.

This oil is most recommended for the care of mature skin, because its regenerative properties effectively slow down visible signs of aging. It is also suitable for dry and dehydrated skin, where it helps restore hydration and elasticity. Thanks to its protective effect against UV radiation, it is also useful for skin exposed to sunlight. Caring for mature skin requires prioritizing regeneration and protection, and this oil meets both criteria. Natural vitamin A from processed beta-carotene supports collagen production and nourishes sensitive skin without allergenic potential. The oil is also suitable for the delicate and sensitive areas around the eyes and neck.
