Thanks to its innovative chemical structure, based on a combination of polyglycerol esters of olive oil fatty acids and polyricinoleic acid, this natural, plant-based emulsifier provides the perfect solution for a light, rich and stable emulsion. It leaves the skin feeling wonderfully soft and smooth, retaining moisture through its occlusive properties and preventing transepidermal water loss. It softens and hydrates the skin. This emulsifier is derived from olive oil and castor oil, making it entirely plant-based and suitable for organic cosmetics and certified natural formulations. Its biomimetic structure mimics the skin’s natural lipids, enhancing compatibility with the epidermis.

As an emulsifier, it works in cold-process w/o emulsions, creating stable, delicate structures. It moisturises the skin through occlusion and restores the lipid barrier by mimicking the skin’s natural emulsifiers and reducing transepidermal water loss. It provides excellent sensory properties, including a soft, silky feel, and is highly dispersible. Thanks to its biomimetic properties, it supports hydration and regeneration without clogging pores. The recommended concentration is 2-6 %, depending on the formulation, for optimal emulsion stability.
