The fast lifting system is powered by a unique combination of exclusive Swiss ice wine and a moisture-binding polysaccharide matrix from Caesalpinia spinosa. Ice wine is produced by partial fermentation of naturally frozen grapes and is characterized by a unique molecular composition and a much higher concentration of polyphenols.
