Dulcia natural cosmetics are handmade, honest, living cosmetics. Dulcia natural is natural cosmetics based on plant and herbal extracts, pure essential oils, precious rose water and aloe vera. We use these gifts of nature so that they can be your everyday source of beauty, harmony and pleasure. To bring a big piece of nature to each of you, we look for original recipes and processes and enjoy working on developing and expanding our range. A big step forward is that we have greatly increased the proportion of organic ingredients.
Almost every little plant that is just a weed to modern people was of great importance to our ancestors. If the return to nature is to be genuine, we must learn again to use its gifts and trust its infinite power. At Dulcia natural, we try to bridge the best of the past with current scientific knowledge and the conveniences of the modern world.
We constantly follow new trends and new research in the cosmetics industry, and we spend a great deal of our time studying. Thanks to this, we keep moving forward and keep raising our standards. From a nail balm based on a recipe from grandmother's herbal book, we have gradually moved on to professional products that contain the latest scientific knowledge.
All our oils and butters are cold-pressed and now almost all of them come from organic production. This certificate confirms and guarantees genuinely high quality without artificial and chemical additives, as well as their gentle processing, storage and dispatch. We constantly test and refine our production technology. We have succeeded in developing our own original process for processing ingredients. In the production process, we pay very close attention to the properties of each ingredient. We heat precious ingredients at low temperatures and for a short time. Those that need higher temperatures for processing are heated separately in oils whose properties are not lost when heated. However, the highest temperature on our thermometers is still very low – max. 70 °C.
We strongly support our formulations with knowledge from aromatherapy. The active ingredients of our creams are very significantly influenced by precious essential oils. These are concentrated plant essences obtained by steam distillation or cold pressing. This kind of processing preserves the functional spectrum of the plant's active components, which can be up to 2,000 times stronger than in the plant's natural state. In our products, we use essences of the highest therapeutic quality, which is exactly why they have a marked effect on your skin and also on your mood.
In our cosmetics, we do not use any artificial colourings, animal fats, palm oil or parabens. Nor will you find distilled water in our products, which evaporates quickly from the skin and dries it out. Our whole philosophy ensures that you get 100% active ingredients in our products. Nor will you find any “bulking agents”, artificial stabilisers or dangerous preservatives. Nature helps us stabilise our products: a mixture of strong antioxidants (grapefruit seed extract, rosemary extract, lavender, caprylic and undecylenic acid …). In addition to preventing the growth of bacteria and mould and the oxidation of oils and butters, they have an antioxidant, cleansing and preventive effect on the skin.
Dulcia natural products are economical. With us, every ingredient has its purpose and effect on the skin. All of its ingredients are effective and active. We believe you will feel it for yourself. It can happen, especially when switching from conventional to natural cosmetics, that the skin needs to adapt. The skin needs to replenish itself with its own natural substances. In this case, adaptation may mean slightly tight skin or a temporary worsening of the skin's condition. These symptoms subside after a few days and your skin will thank you for your decision to persevere. Let us not forget that the skin is a huge mirror of the inner environment of our body. If your skin does not improve despite the great efforts of natural cosmetics, focus on the overall condition of your body.
Our cosmetics are not tested on animals. No animal has ever undergone tests of our creams or of their individual ingredients. We do not agree with these practices, and since 11 July 2013 the regulation banning the testing of cosmetic products and cosmetic ingredients on animals has been in force. From the small family business Dulcia natural, we have grown into the professional cosmetics brand Natuint cosmetics. With us, you will find the rarest oils, peptide complexes, vitamins, botanical extracts of the best quality and in stabilised form, and many other active substances, whose effects have been clinically tested and confirmed in many studies.
Our laboratory is located in Rača in Bratislava, where we develop, test, manufacture, fill, batch and box our products. We also have our warehouses and offices here, where new ideas are born.
