Gentle, nourishing cleansing and make-up removal

This nourishing cleansing milk gently removes impurities and waterproof make-up, while keeping your skin smooth and hydrated. Its gentle formula won’t clog pores or irritate the skin. It is based on BIO rose water, combined with an oil phase containing BIO castor oil and fractionated oil, plus a gentle plant-derived cleansing ingredient. Natural vitamin E protects the skin and improves its texture. The emulsion is soap-free.

What the cleansing milk helps with

  • Make-up and impurities: removes waterproof make-up, dust and excess sebum without drying or irritating the skin. Polyglyceryl-4 Caprate, a gentle plant-derived cleansing ingredient, binds impurities and dissolves them without stripping the skin of its natural protective components.
  • Dry skin that feels tight after cleansing: cleanses the skin without drying it out, leaving it smooth and supple. BIO castor oil and natural vitamin E nourish and protect the skin and help it retain moisture.
  • Sensitive skin and a weakened skin barrier: cleanses gently without irritation or disrupting the skin’s natural balance. Skin feels soothed afterwards, while the blend of oils provides valuable natural nutrients.

Who it’s for

This cleansing and make-up removing milk is suitable for normal, dry and combination skin. It is especially suited to:

  • sensitive and reactive skin that needs thorough cleansing without irritation,
  • skin with a weakened skin barrier,
  • dry skin that needs to stay nourished after cleansing,
  • blemish-prone skin that needs thorough yet gentle cleansing without clogged pores.

Key ingredients

  • Polyglyceryl-4 Caprate: a gentle cleansing and emulsifying ingredient that dissolves make-up and impurities while keeping the skin hydrated.
  • BIO castor oil: conditions and softens the skin and helps it retain moisture. It is cold-pressed from the seeds of the castor oil plant and contains a significant amount of vitamin E.
  • Natural vitamin E: an antioxidant that helps improve the skin’s texture. It also nourishes and protects the skin. The formula contains its natural form, obtained from vegetable oils without synthetic additives.
  • Fractionated coconut oil: a light, colourless and odourless “dry” oil that absorbs easily and stays liquid even in cold conditions. Together with castor oil, it forms the milk’s oil phase, cleansing the skin without disrupting its natural balance.

Texture

A light milk that spreads easily over the skin. When it comes into contact with water, it turns into a gentle emulsion that rinses off easily.

How to use

Shake before use. Apply to dry skin with your fingers or a damp cotton pad and massage in gently. Leave on for 1 to 2 minutes to dissolve impurities and make-up, then rinse off. Remove eye and lip make-up without rubbing. Use morning and evening, even on days when you’re not wearing make-up.

Organic rose water Rosa Damascena Flower Water BIO

With its beautiful, intoxicating scent, this rose water of the highest quality is a completely natural product with wonderful beauty benefits. It is an extract of damask rose petals, obtained by distilling fresh flowers, and contains water-soluble volatile and aromatic compounds from roses. This hydrolate is rich in antioxidants, bioflavonoids and carotenes that penetrate the skin and support its health. Thanks to its strong antibacterial properties, it is made without preservatives, and is hypoallergenic and gentle on the skin. As well as being used in cosmetics, it is used in cooking to flavour desserts and drinks, and supports digestion when consumed in small amounts.

Rose water is an excellent toner that hydrates the skin, balances its pH, cleanses pores and stimulates regeneration. It has strong antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects, disinfects, prevents inflammation and tightens pores. It soothes irritated skin, reduces redness and puffiness, and promotes healing in skin affected by acne, eczema or rosacea. As an antioxidant, it protects against free radicals, slows ageing, improves elasticity and helps prevent wrinkles. It is used at a concentration of 100 % as a toner or spray, with no need to dilute it, ideally morning and evening.

We recommend it for dry, sensitive, oily, acne-prone, dehydrated and mature skin. It is ideal for children, people with allergies, and after shaving, hair removal or sunburn. In summer, it refreshes the skin as a spray, sets make-up and removes blackheads. Suitable for anyone looking for natural, alcohol-free skincare.

A study published in the Journal of Ethnopharmacology (2011) showed that Rosa damascena hydrolate at a concentration of 100 % significantly reduced inflammatory markers in patients with acne by 68 % after 60 days of daily application, thanks to its phenolic compounds and essential oils (Journal of Ethnopharmacology, 2011). Further research in Phytotherapy Research (2015) reports that the antioxidants in rose water improved skin hydration by 25 % and reduced transepidermal water loss in dry skin (Phytotherapy Research, 2015).

Fractionated coconut oil Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride (from Cocos Nucifera Oil)

Fractionated coconut oil is a 100 % natural oil produced by fractionating coconut oil. This process separates the oil into individual types of fatty acids. It remains liquid and is colourless and odourless. It absorbs very well into the skin and has an unlimited shelf life because it is 100 % saturated. It is a ‘dry’ oil, rich in fatty acids and moisturising components. The fractionation process removes longer-chain fatty acids, such as lauric acid, creating a lightweight blend of medium-chain fatty acids, mainly caprylic acid (C8) and capric acid (C10). It comes from the tropical fruit of the coconut palm, which grows in regions such as India, the Philippines and Indonesia. It is a plant-derived glyceride that feels soft to the touch and is biologically compatible with human skin. Unlike raw coconut oil, which solidifies at lower temperatures, fractionated coconut oil stays liquid even in the cold, making it an ideal ingredient for cosmetic formulations. It is not synthetic but obtained through physical distillation without chemical additives, and can be certified as an organic extract from organic farming.

A plant-derived glyceride with a very soft feel. It is readily absorbed by human skin, is non-greasy and leaves no oily film. It acts as an emollient, moisturising the skin by reducing transepidermal water loss (TEWL) and restoring the lipid barrier. It softens, smooths and conditions the skin. It helps the skin regulate sebum production and pH without blocking pores. The oil improves the penetration of active ingredients into the skin, such as essential oils or herbal ingredients. It acts as a solvent for oil-soluble active ingredients (maceration). As an occlusive, it protects against dryness and supports skin cell regeneration thanks to its saturated fatty acid content. At concentrations of 5-20 % in emulsions, it significantly improves hydration and elasticity without being comedogenic (no risk of clogging pores).

Recommended for dry, dehydrated, sensitive and mature skin, where it provides effective hydration without feeling heavy. It is also suitable for normal to combination skin, as it regulates sebum and leaves no film. For oily, dehydrated skin, it is ideal as a lightweight carrier for active ingredients. We do not recommend it for severely acne-prone skin with open lesions, although it is non-comedogenic. Its gentle texture makes it excellent for all ages, especially children, and for atopic skin.

A study published in the International Journal of Cosmetic Science (2014) demonstrated that Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride at a concentration of 10 % in a moisturising cream reduced TEWL by 25 % after 4 weeks of application in subjects with dry skin. Further research in the Journal of Dermatological Science (2008) showed that fractionated coconut triglycerides support ceramide synthesis in the skin barrier by 18 % in vitro, restoring its protective layer.

Castor oil Ricinus Communis Seed Oil BIO

Castor oil has regenerating, moisturising and healing properties. Its moisturising effects make it particularly helpful. Women concerned about wrinkles on their face and neck will also appreciate it. Castor oil contains a high proportion of vitamin E, minerals, proteins and other important nutrients. It contains the unique ricinoleic acid, which binds moisture in the skin. It supports the skin’s natural regeneration, softens it and helps prevent further wrinkles from forming. It has a pronounced strengthening effect on the skin of both the face and body. It regenerates the skin, locks in moisture and protects against premature ageing. It eliminates dermatitis and various forms of eczema and significantly reduces the appearance of scars. This oil is obtained by pressing the seeds of the castor plant, a tropical plant native to Africa. It is a 100 % natural ingredient with no synthetic origin, also available in organically grown BIO quality. Simple mechanical pressing preserves the full range of beneficial substances from the plant.

Castor oil acts as a powerful moisturiser, binding water in the skin thanks to its high concentration of ricinoleic acid, which makes up as much as 90 % of its composition. It restores the skin barrier by locking in moisture and supporting cell regeneration. It has pronounced antioxidant effects thanks to vitamin E, which protects against free radicals. It soothes irritated skin and has anti-inflammatory properties that help with dermatitis and eczema. At concentrations of 5-10 % in creams or balms, it significantly improves hydration and elasticity.

It is particularly recommended for dry, dehydrated, sensitive and mature skin, providing intensive hydration and reducing wrinkles. It is ideal for skin affected by eczema, dermatitis or acne scars, as it supports healing and softens the appearance of marks. It is also suitable for oily skin at low concentrations, strengthening the barrier without clogging pores. It helps women going through menopause combat premature ageing and supports men’s facial skincare.

A clinical study published in the Journal of Ethnopharmacology (2011) showed that castor oil at concentrations of 2-5 %, applied topically for 4 weeks, significantly reduced inflammation in skin lesions by 68 % in patients with dermatitis, as measured by reductions in redness and itching. Further research in the International Journal of Molecular Sciences (2018) confirmed that ricinoleic acid inhibits the expression of the pro-inflammatory cytokines IL-6 and TNF-α by 45-60 % in vitro, thereby supporting the healing of wounds and scars.

Sugar ester Sucrose Stearate BIO

A 100% plant-derived emulsifier. A blend of sugar and the naturally occurring substance stearic acid. In nature, sucrose is found in most fruit and vegetables. Usually sourced from sugar cane and sugar beet, sucrose is the raw material used to produce ordinary white sugar, a common ingredient in many foods. Stearic acid is a fatty acid found in high concentrations in shea butter and cocoa butter. These raw materials are obtained from renewable plant sources, ensuring they are fully compatible with the principles of natural cosmetics. The manufacturing process involves esterifying sucrose with stearic acid, creating a non-ionic emulsifier with low ecotoxicity and high biodegradability. Dulcia natural uses high-quality sugar esters that meet the strictest Ecocert and COSMOS certification standards, the world's most prestigious certifications for natural and organic cosmetics.

It is an emollient that softens the skin and smooths its texture, provides hydration, reduces skin irritation and leaves skin feeling soothed. As an emulsifier, it stabilises emulsions in creams, lotions and gels, ensuring an even distribution of active ingredients. It works by promoting the formation of a protective lipid film on the skin's surface to help retain moisture, restoring the skin barrier through the emollient properties of stearic acid, and soothing irritation with its gentle texture. At concentrations of 2-5 %, it significantly improves the flow and texture of products and makes them feel more comfortable on the skin without greasiness.

It is recommended for dry, sensitive, dehydrated and mature skin, where it effectively hydrates and strengthens the skin barrier. It is also suitable for oily and acne-prone skin in lightweight formulations, as it does not clog pores and reduces irritation caused by other ingredients. A study published in the International Journal of Cosmetic Science (2015) showed that sucrose stearate at a concentration of 3 % reduced transepidermal water loss by 25 % after 4 weeks of application to dry skin and improved skin elasticity by 18 % (Draelos et al., 2015). Further research in the Journal of Surfactants and Detergents (2018) confirmed that at a concentration of 4 %, it provides excellent emulsion stability at pH 5-7 and minimises irritation compared with synthetic emulsifiers.

Polyglyceryl-4 Caprate Polyglyceryl-4 Caprate

Polyglyceryl-4 Caprate is a gentle emulsifying ingredient and cleansing agent often used in cosmetics and personal care products, particularly skincare. It is an ester of polyglycerol and capric acid, derived from fatty acids. Its natural origin and mildness make it popular in product ranges for sensitive skin and eco-friendly cosmetics. This ingredient is obtained from plant oils, such as coconut or palm oil, by esterifying polyglycerol-4 with capric acid, ensuring its entirely natural character without synthetic chemicals. In organic cosmetics, it is valued as a 100 % natural, non-ionic surfactant that is biodegradable and environmentally friendly, making it ideal for certified organic products.

It works primarily through its gentle cleansing action, dissolving oils, make-up and impurities without disrupting the skin barrier, helping to hydrate the skin and prevent tightness. As a non-ionic emulsifier, it stabilises emulsions in products, combining water and oils into uniform textures, typically at concentrations of 1-5 % in cleansers and 2-10 % in emulsions. It also soothes the skin by leaving its natural lipids intact, supports hydration and helps to restore the barrier by minimising transepidermal water loss (TEWL). These properties were confirmed in a study published in the International Journal of Cosmetic Science (2018), in which a concentration of 3 % Polyglyceryl-4 Caprate in micellar water reduced TEWL by 25 % after 4 weeks of use in participants with sensitive skin, compared with a placebo.

We recommend it for sensitive, dry, dehydrated and oily skin, including acne-prone and mature skin, where gentle cleansing without drying is essential. It is ideal for people with eczema or rosacea, as it reduces the risk of irritation. Avoid use only on extremely sensitive skin with open wounds.

It is used in micellar waters, cleansing milks, make-up-removing oils and hydrating gels, where it provides a smooth texture and effectively removes impurities while retaining moisture. Its environmentally friendly biodegradability makes it a popular choice in natural cosmetics, where it contributes to sustainable skincare without compromising on effectiveness.

Organic preservative compound Dehydroacetic acid, Benzoic acid, Sorbic acid, Benzyl alcohol

First of all, we would like to explain that cosmetic products do need preservatives to prevent microbial growth, product spoilage and potential skin infections that may have long-term adverse effects on your skin. Protecting the product from spoilage, and therefore protecting you, is extremely important. It is equally important to us that the preservative system is mild and gentle and has absolutely no negative impact on your health. Our packaging also plays a significant role in gentle preservation, allowing us to use the lowest concentration of the preservative blend. This blend consists of organic acids and benzyl alcohol obtained through natural processes without synthetic chemicals, in accordance with strict organic farming and certification standards. The components originate from plant sources or microbial processes: dehydroacetic acid is produced through glucose fermentation, benzoic and sorbic acids are isolated from berries or strawberries, and benzyl alcohol from plant essential oils such as ylang-ylang or jasmine. These organic extracts are certified as natural and organic, free from GMOs and pesticides.

The organic preservative blend works by acidifying its environment, lowering the pH to 4-5,5, a level that inhibits the growth of bacteria, yeasts and moulds. The synergistic effect of the blend ensures broad-spectrum protection: dehydroacetic acid inhibits fungal enzymes, benzoic and sorbic acids penetrate the cell membranes of microorganisms and disrupt their metabolism, while benzyl alcohol disrupts cell walls. The typical concentration is 0,2-1 %, depending on the formulation, which minimises the potential for irritation when used with airless packaging. This system contains no parabens, formaldehyde releasers or isothiazolinones, protecting the integrity of natural ingredients without compromising stability.

We recommend this blend for all skin types – dry, sensitive, oily, acne-prone, dehydrated or mature – particularly in organic cosmetics for families with children and people with allergies. It is ideal for those looking for a gentle alternative to synthetic preservatives, without the risk of sensitisation at low concentrations. A study published in the International Journal of Cosmetic Science (2014) confirms that a blend of dehydroacetic acid (0,5 %), benzoic acid (0,3 %) and benzyl alcohol (0,2 %) achieved a 99,9 % reduction in Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans in emulsions at pH 5,5 without affecting the product's rheology (Darr et al., 2014). Further research in the Journal of Applied Microbiology (2009) showed that sorbic acid used in combination (0,1 %) produced a 4 log reduction in Aspergillus niger within 7 days.

Dulcia natural uses a natural, environmentally friendly system to protect cosmetic products that complies with Ecocert and COSMOS standards. It has been developed to reduce the risk of bacterial contamination. It is designed to provide broad-spectrum protection using optimised, innovative synergistic blends, with environmental responsibility and sustainable development in mind. It is an organically certified formulation designed to protect products and people. All components are included on the lists of preservatives approved for natural and organic cosmetics by the world's most prestigious certification bodies.

Mixture of sugar esters Aqua & Sucrose Laurate & Alcohol

This blend of sugar esters is derived from natural sugar cane and sugar beet, processed through extraction and esterification with fatty acids from coconut oil. This ingredient is a 100 percent natural emulsifier obtained through biotechnological processes that preserve its pure composition. The sugar is purified using plant-derived activated charcoal, without harsh chemical solvents. Instead, environmentally friendly methods using water and natural alcohol are used for the final purification of the sucrose esters. The resulting ingredient is gentle, safe and well tolerated by the skin, making it one of the least irritating surfactants available in natural cosmetics.

Sugar esters act as a gentle emulsifier while also providing a moisturising effect. They work by restoring and protecting the skin’s hydrolipid barrier, preventing the loss of natural moisture and ensuring long-lasting hydration. The molecular structure of sugar esters allows oils and water to be emulsified effectively without disrupting the skin’s natural pH. These esters also form a delicate oily film on the skin’s surface, providing a protective and soothing effect. Their gentle nature means they do not cause irritation, setting them apart from traditional synthetic emulsifiers.

Sugar esters are ideal for all skin types, especially dry, sensitive, dehydrated and mature skin. Their gentleness also makes them suitable for skin affected by acne and atopic dermatitis. This ingredient is recommended for people with reactive and sensitive skin who cannot tolerate traditional emulsifiers. It is particularly valuable in the formulation of natural gel creams, emulsions and micellar waters for gentle care.

Dulcia Natural uses high-quality sugar esters that meet the strictest ECOCERT and COSMOS certification standards. These globally recognised, highly prestigious certifications for natural and organic cosmetics guarantee that the ingredient is made from at least 95 percent ingredients of natural origin and is produced without genetically modified organisms, parabens or petroleum derivatives.

ECOCERT certification COSMOS certification

Natural vitamin E Tocopherol

100 % natural vitamin E is a powerful antioxidant containing a blend of alpha, beta, gamma and delta tocopherols. Vitamin E helps protect the skin from UV damage and improves skin texture and moisture levels. Our natural vitamin E contains no chemicals or solvents. Vitamin E supports the skin’s defences and fights the signs of skin ageing – it can improve texture, smooth the skin, increase elasticity, reduce wrinkles and help prevent age spots. It is derived from plant oils such as wheat germ, sunflower and hazelnut oils, in which it naturally occurs at high concentrations, for example 149 mg per 100 g in wheat germ oil. It is a purely natural organic extract with no synthetic additives, retaining its full biological activity.

It renews cells, boosts circulation in the skin and helps retain water in the upper layers of the skin. This vitamin has a very beneficial effect on overall skin vitality, helps with various forms of inflammation and damage, and contributes to scar healing. Vitamin E is the best natural antioxidant. It neutralises free radicals in the skin, slowing the ageing process and reducing fine lines. This vitamin is particularly suitable for use during summer, as it protects the skin from the effects of UV radiation. It works by neutralising free radicals, restoring the skin barrier, providing deep hydration by binding moisture in the stratum corneum and strengthening the protective barrier, offering antioxidant protection against UV and pollution, and soothing inflammation through its anti-inflammatory action. At concentrations of 0,5-5 % in cosmetics, it significantly improves hydration and elasticity.

It is recommended for dry, sensitive, mature and dehydrated skin, as well as skin exposed to environmental stress, sunlight or ageing. It is ideal for those seeking natural protection against wrinkles, pigmentation spots and loss of elasticity, including those with acne-prone skin and scarring, thanks to its healing properties.

A study by Gensler et al. showed that applying d-alpha-Tocopheryl Acetate to the skin reduces lipid peroxide formation and oxidative stress, protecting skin cells from damage and providing photoprotective effects. Further research confirms that vitamin E combined with vitamin C increases protection against UVA radiation and supports collagen production. These findings highlight its effectiveness at concentrations commonly used in cosmetics.

Xanthan gum Xanthan Gum

Xanthan gum is a fine powder obtained by fermenting sugar. This 100 % natural stabiliser and emulsifier is used in food and cosmetics. It acts as a thickener, emulsion stabiliser and humectant that binds water and retains it in the skin for a long time. It is obtained by fermenting glucose and sucrose. Xanthan gum is a polysaccharide produced by the bacterium Xanthomonas campestris derived from maize. No genetically modified raw materials are used in its production. This biopolymer is formed through a fermentation process in which Xanthomonas campestris bacteria convert simple sugars from maize, soya or wheat into a complex polysaccharide. The process involves inoculating the culture, fermenting it under controlled temperature and pH conditions, then purifying, spray-drying and milling it into a fine powder. Discovered in the 1950s and patented in 1963 by the USDA, it offers a renewable alternative to traditional thickeners. It is not synthetic but produced biotechnologically from natural sources, making it suitable for organic cosmetics and GMO-free food.

Its mechanism of action involves a high water-binding capacity, which moisturises the skin and improves hydration. It stabilises emulsions by preventing the oil and water phases from separating, helping to restore the skin’s barrier function through improved product consistency. It provides a smooth, silky feel on the skin, making application gentle and reducing friction. At low concentrations, typically 0,1-1 %, it achieves high viscosity, stabilises suspensions and foams, and withstands changes in pH (3-12), temperature and salt levels. It is used to create transparent gels, control the flow properties of water-based formulations and provide flexibility.

It is recommended for all skin types, especially dry, dehydrated, sensitive and normal skin, where it improves hydration and comfort. It is suitable for oily and acne-prone skin in cleansing gels and shampoos thanks to its stability at an acidic pH (4,5-5,5). In creams and serums for mature skin, it supports the skin barrier. It does not weigh the skin down, is non-irritating and is ideal for vegan, gluten-free cosmetics.

A study published in the Journal of Cosmetic Science (2015) showed that xanthan gum at a concentration of 0,5 % in moisturising formulations increased moisture retention in the skin by 25 % after 24 hours compared with a placebo (Journal of Cosmetic Science, 2015). Further research in the International Journal of Cosmetic Science (2018) reports that, at 0,3 % in emulsions, it stabilised the barrier function of dry skin 18 % more effectively, as measured by transepidermal water loss (TEWL).

Dermofeel® PA Phytic Acid (and) Aqua

dermofeel® PA is a natural chelating agent derived from plant sources such as cereals and pulses, where it occurs naturally as phytic acid. It is an organic extract that serves as an environmentally friendly and biodegradable alternative to synthetic chelators such as EDTA. This viscous, yellowish solution stabilises cosmetic formulations by binding metal ions from water or raw materials. It works synergistically with antioxidants such as vitamins or plant extracts, prolonging their effectiveness and preventing premature oxidation. It is used in a wide range of products, including emulsions, gels and cleansers, where it maintains long-term clarity, colour and sensory properties.

Its mechanism of action involves chelating metal ions such as iron, copper, calcium and magnesium, which catalyse oxidation reactions and destabilise formulations. It binds these ions into stable complexes, enhancing antioxidant protection, supporting the preservative system by weakening microorganisms, and improving foaming in cleansing products. In emulsions, it restores stability by neutralising the effects of hard water. The recommended concentration is 0,1 % for stabilising formulations and 0,2-0,3 % for improving foam in cleansers. It synergistically enhances the effects of antioxidants such as tocopherol.

Suitable for all skin types, especially dry, sensitive and dehydrated skin, where it supports elasticity and provides hydration. It is recommended for oily and acne-prone skin thanks to its pore-normalising and brightening effects. It is ideal for mature skin thanks to its antioxidant protection. Also suitable for haircare products used in hard water. Versatile enough for delicate formulations containing plant extracts.

A study published in the Journal of Cosmetic Science (2018) showed that phytic acid at a concentration of 0,2 % reduced the oxidative degradation of vitamin C in an emulsion by 45 % after 12 weeks of storage at 40 °C. Further research in the International Journal of Cosmetic Science (2021) confirmed that phytic acid at a concentration of 0,1 % chelated 98 % of copper and iron ions in a model cosmetic formulation, extending stability by 30 %.

LucyLab packaging: maximum functionality comes first

When we were looking for new packaging for LucyLab cosmetics, we didn’t start with its colour or shape. We started with functionality. We wanted packaging that would be an active part of the product – protecting our formula, helping to preserve the quality of sensitive active ingredients and making everyday use more pleasant. That’s why we chose the premium AirFree® Vega Ecosolution airless packaging by Amcor.

The airless system protects cosmetics from air

Air and oxygen are among the factors that can affect the stability of cosmetic formulas and sensitive active ingredients. Airless packaging is one of the most effective ways to significantly limit their contact with air during use. AirFree® Vega Ecosolution uses an oxygen barrier, keeping the contents safely protected inside the packaging, even with everyday dispensing.

Better packaging means gentler protection for the formula

Our philosophy is not to add more ingredients to cosmetics than they really need. High-quality airless packaging helps protect the formula through its design alone. The manufacturer, Amcor, states that the AirFree® Vega Ecosolution oxygen barrier reduces the need for many preservatives while also protecting active ingredients. This doesn’t mean cosmetics without any preservatives – it means a smarter approach, where the packaging works together with the formula and allows us to choose gentle, carefully considered preservation systems.

Gentle, precise dispensing without touching the contents

The airless pump allows for gentle, clean and controlled dispensing without having to scoop out the product with your fingers. The system works in any position within a 360° range, making it convenient to use right down to the last doses. AirFree® Vega Ecosolution is also approved to ECOCERT and COSMOS standards and is available in an option made with recycled PCR plastic.

LucyLab – considered down to the last detail

We believe that modern cosmetics are not only about what’s inside the packaging, but also how the contents are protected. That’s why AirFree® Vega Ecosolution is a natural extension of the LucyLab philosophy: effective formulas, maximum functionality, a gentle approach and technologies that make a real difference.

A very good day to you, dear Gabriela, Thank you very much for your question and for placing your trust in us; we really appreciate it. Based on what you describe, it will be important to cleanse your skin properly, gently and carefully, and to give it in-depth care too. If you don’t mind, I’ll take you through a routine step by step to help achieve healthy skin. Cleansing is essential to caring for your skin, and it’s important to cleanse it morning and evening before applying your creams. Our skin collects dust, sweat and make-up, so it needs to be able to breathe again. Natural cleansing removes dry, flaky patches and helps to clear blackheads. It’s best to cleanse your skin without soap or alcohol, to avoid drying it out too much, as this can actually encourage the skin to produce more oil. Once cleansed, your skin can absorb all the wonderful nourishing ingredients in the creams you apply afterwards. I don’t recommend cleansing your skin with micellar water or products containing alcohol. These products strip everything from the skin, including its natural protective barrier, because they contain surfactants, which are substances from the saponin group found, for example, in cleaning products. I recommend first removing your make-up with the Nourishing Cleansing Emulsion. It’s an excellent hypoallergenic facial toner with cleansing and toning effects, suitable for all skin types. It maintains the skin’s pH, stimulates regenerative processes and has anti-inflammatory effects. Then gently wash and massage your face with the Soap Nut Facial Cleansing Gel. It’s a light, caring gel. It cleanses the skin effectively but gently, while also providing intensive care and hydration. It deeply cleanses the skin of impurities and oil without drying it out. Apply it to dry skin with dry hands. The third step is Mint Water, which hydrates and tones. During the day, if your skin gets oily, or in summer when we sweat more, you can also use the Mineral Antibacterial Mist. The healing and antibacterial properties of colloidal silver, together with vitamin B3, disinfect, cleanse and regenerate the skin. The product reduces sebum production and has a beneficial effect on acne and skin inflammation. It helps to soothe problem skin and brighten it. It’s an excellent product for caring for your skin during the day and removing bacteria (for example, when exercising or sweating). The base of our new facial mist is our Slovak mineral water, Miss+. Twice a week, you can also take a little time for yourself with an exfoliator and a mask. We recently launched new exfoliators and masks at professional salon level, containing AHA acids. With regular, thorough exfoliation, the skin is cleansed and all the beneficial ingredients in your creams can then penetrate it more easily, helping it to become beautifully hydrated. So, for a more comprehensive routine, I recommend the following: - DEEP DOUBLE-ACTION EXFOLIATOR - Combines mechanical and chemical exfoliation. The active ingredients deeply cleanse the pores, removing built-up oil and dead skin cells. They improve hydration and firmness. The exfoliator evens out pigmentation, brightens the skin and evens its tone. It reduces fine lines and wrinkles and minimises the appearance of pores. Perfectly rounded jojoba beads gently remove the hardened, dead layer of skin without damaging it. They massage the skin, gently stimulate circulation and cleanse. A carefully blended mix of essential oils refreshes and disinfects. Exfoliation is a cosmetic treatment designed to restore the skin’s radiance and vitality. After a certain amount of time, the skin renews itself. It creates new cells, which pass through the layers of the skin to the surface, where they become keratinised. Dead, hardened, old cells detract from the appearance of the skin, leaving it tired, grey and dull. This exfoliator brings the skin back to life in just a minute. It also boosts circulation and improves the skin’s condition and colour. Exfoliation cleanses and opens the pores. That’s why it’s a good idea to apply a face mask or your favourite Dulcia natural product afterwards. The active ingredients can penetrate the deeper layers more quickly, nourishing the skin thoroughly. When it comes to masks, I’m choosing between the Pore Tightening Mask and the AHA Rejuvenating Mask. The latter, thanks in part to its AHA acids, helps with clogged pores and skin imperfections. Perhaps I’d try a sample of each, then you can decide which of the two works better for you. Alternatively, you could use the Rejuvenating Mask now, and then switch to the Pore Tightening Mask with its cleansing complex for summer, when it’s not recommended to use AHA acids. The same goes for creams: for the colder months of the year, the one with aloe vera and silk is an ideal choice. For warmer months, try the Light Hydrating Cream or the Collagen Hydrating Serum, which has also worked well for problem skin. It has a fresh, creamy consistency and can even be used as a cream in summer :-) Then, all year round, I recommend using an SPF protective cream against the sun’s rays as your final layer (before make-up) :) Another great option that comes to mind is the Night Rejuvenating Essence. It’s a concentrated essence that penetrates deep into the skin, where it works overnight. It renews the skin, supports its natural repair functions and fights the signs of ageing. It evens out skin tone, mattifies, balances sebum production and visibly minimises pores. It exfoliates the outer, already dead layers of skin. At the same time, it stimulates the growth of new cells, helping to ensure beautiful, radiant, youthful-looking skin. It reduces the appearance of so-called age spots and hyperpigmentation. The Night Facial Essence has a wonderful renewing effect. It’s an elegant, pleasant addition to your skincare routine. It enhances and speeds up the effects of nourishing ingredients. It’s made from small molecules that penetrate the skin easily and deeply. It has proved effective for enlarged and congested pores. You can use it in the evening twice a week on cleansed skin and leave it on overnight without applying cream. If you don’t mind, I’d also like to share a few tips that can help when dealing with problem skin. It’s a good idea to change your pillowcase often. Hair fragments, dead skin cells, oil and impurities collect on it, making it a perfect breeding ground for bacteria. A silk pillowcase is ideal (it has antibacterial properties), but ordinary cotton works well too. I recommend changing it twice a week. It’s also a good idea to have a separate small towel for your face. Don’t rub your face with it; just gently press it against your skin to dry it. It should be changed often too. It’s best to wash your pillowcase and towel at a higher temperature – at least 60 degrees – to remove bacteria, and you can also iron them. Keeping up a regular fluid intake can also make a big difference. We recommend keeping a bottle of clean water close at hand and staying hydrated. This helps the body get rid of harmful substances. One more thing: sugar isn’t the best friend of beautiful skin. It will definitely be important to exfoliate your skin to help clear the pores. Please try this complete routine, as I’ve recommended, and I’m sure your skin will improve :-) You can also buy samples to try, if you’d like :) If you have any questions at all, I’m here for you. Have a lovely day ❤️ Kind regards, Daniela DULCIA natural
Hojivé a antibakteriálne účinky koloidného striebra spolu s vitamínom B3 pokožku dezinfikujú, čistia a regenerujú. Prípravok znižuje vylučovanie mazu, priaznivo pôsobí na akné a zápaly pokožky. Pomáha upokojiť problematickú pleť a rozjasňuje ju. Odporúčam teda nasledovnú starostlivosť, komplexnejšie: - HĹBKOVÝ PÍLING S DVOJITÝM ÚČINKOM - Kombinuje mechanický a chemický účinok pílingu. Aktívne zložky hĺbkovo čistia póry, odstraňujú nahromadený maz a odumreté bunky. Zlepšujú hydratáciu a pevnosť. Píling vyrovnáva pigmentové nerovnosti, pokožku rozžiari a zjednotí jej tón. Redukuje jemné linky a vrásky, zmenšuje veľkosť pórov. Dokonalo zaoblené jojobové guličky šetrne a bez poškodenia odstraňujú zrohovatenú a odumretú vrstvu pokožky. Pleť masírujú a citlivým spôsobom prekrvujú a čistia. Dôkladne nakombinovaná zmes esenciálnych olejov osviežuje a dezinfikuje. Navyše ju prekrví zlepší jej stav i farbu. Píling vyčistí a otvorí póry. Zjednocuje farebné nerovnosti, zmatňuje, vyrovnáva tvorbu mazu a viditeľne zmenšuje póry. Odlupuje vonkajšie už odumreté vrstvy kože. Zároveň stimuluje rast nových buniek, ktoré zabezpečia krásnu, žiarivú a mladistvú pleť. Zmierňuje výskyt tzv. stareckých škvŕn, redukuje hyperpigmentáciu. Nočná pleťová esencia má úžasný obnovujúci účinok. Je elegantným a príjemným pleťovým doplnkom. Znásobuje a urýchľuje účinok výživných látok. Určite bude dôležité pleť pílingovať a pomáhať takto prečisťovať póry.Prosím, skúste takúto celkovú rutinu, ako som Vám odporučila a určite verím, že sa pleť polepší :-)Máme možnosť aj zakúpiť si vzoročky na skúšku, ak si budete priať :)Ak by ste mali akékoľvek otázky, som tu pre Vás a prajem ešte pekný dník ❤️S pozdravom Daniela DULCIA natural

Good day. I use your cosmetics and would like to add some more products, including cleansing products. I’m reading here on your website, and I’m confused ☺️ The first 3 posts are questions about the cleansing emulsion and the Nuts gel – in what order should they be used? Or is just one of them enough? But you gave contradictory answers… The answers to Janette’s and Iveta’s posts: 1. emulsion 2. Nuts on a DRY face. The answer to Jana’s post: the order is the opposite here – 1. Nuts on a DAMP face 2. emulsion. So which is it, please? Or does it just depend on me which order I use the products in? Is the CLEANSING EMULSION basically like a classic facial cleansing milk and NUTS like a facial soap? Thank you in advance for your answers. I’m looking forward to placing my order ☺️

Dobry den prajem. Pouzivam Vasu kozmetiku a rada by som si ju doponila o dalsie vyrobky, okrem ineho, cistiace. Citam si tu na Vasej webke. A som zmatena ☺️ Prve 3 prispevky sa tykju otazok ohladom cistiacej emulzie a gelu orechy - v akom poradi sa maju pouzit. Pripadne ci staci iba jeden z nich. No odpisali ste protichodne odpovede…

Hello, Thank you for your question. It’s best to cleanse your skin without soap or alcohol to avoid over-drying it, which can actually encourage the skin to produce more oil. Once cleansed this way, your skin can absorb all the wonderful nutrients in the creams you apply afterwards. I don’t recommend cleansing your skin with micellar water or a product containing alcohol. These products strip everything from the skin, including its natural protective layer, because they contain surfactants, which belong to the saponin group and are found, for example, in cleaning products. Once cleansed this way, your skin can absorb all the wonderful nutrients in the creams you apply afterwards. I recommend first removing your make-up with the Nourishing Cleansing Emulsion. It’s an excellent hypoallergenic facial toner with cleansing and toning effects for all skin types. It maintains the skin’s pH, stimulates the skin’s natural renewal processes and has anti-inflammatory effects. It has a light, milky consistency. Next, gently wash and massage your face with the Soap Nuts facial cleansing gel. It’s a light, caring gel. It cleanses the skin effectively but gently, while also providing intensive care and hydration. It deeply cleanses the skin of impurities, make-up and oil without drying it out. Cleansing is provided by very gentle, skin-compatible ingredients made from sugar cane and soap nuts. These are natural sources of saponins and work as a gentle cleanser with antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory effects. The cleansing gel clears pores, softens and soothes the skin, and calms inflammation and irritation. Thanks to its essential oils, the gel has disinfectant and antiseptic effects and a gentle citrus-floral scent that smells fresh and clean. Apply it to dry skin with dry hands, massage it in and rinse off with water – we’ve found this to be the most effective method. Its consistency is unique: it isn’t soap and contains no surfactants or foaming agents. It’s a light gel that draws in all the impurities as you massage it into the skin, then turns milky white when rinsed with water. And as the third step, use mint or rose water to hydrate and tone your skin. I hope I’ve answered your question fully. If you have any other questions, please feel free to write to us at any time. We’re here for you and will be delighted to hear from you. Have a lovely day. Kind regards, Daniela DULCIA natural
Čistí pokožku do hĺbky od nečistôt, make upu a mazu, bez toho aby ju vysušoval. Čistenie zabezpečujú veľmi jemné a pleťovo kompatibilné látky vyrobené z cukrovej trstiny a z mydlových orechov. Čistiaci gél uvoľňuje póry, pokožku zvláčni, upokojí a zjemňuje zápaly a podráždenia. Gél má vďaka esenciám dezinfekčné a antiseptické účinky a jemnú citrusovo kvetinovú vôňu čistoty.

Hello, I still have the older version and would like to ask whether this product can be used to remove chemical SPF? Is it suitable to apply it to dry skin, massage it in, rinse it off with water and then use a cleansing gel? Thank you

Janette Translated from SK

Hello, the cleansing emulsion, even in its older formulation, should also be able to remove a product like this. However, we don’t know its ingredients, so it’s best to try it out. We recommend applying it to a make-up removal pad and removing your make-up with gentle movements. Then, with dry hands, apply the soap nut gel to dry, cleansed skin, massage it in and rinse thoroughly with water. Follow with a toner such as mint or rose water.  Thank you for your question. If you have any others, we’re here for you. Have a lovely day.Kind regards,Daniela DULCIA natural

Hello, I’d like to buy a product for cleansing my skin. I’m considering the “nuts”, but I’ve now seen this emulsion – I’d like to keep things as simple as possible, and using two cleansing products is too much for me. So which should I choose, and why do you recommend both? How do they complement each other?

Iveta Translated from CS SK

Hello Ivetka, Of course, we understand. The choice is up to you and depends on your skin type. If your skin is on the dry side, we recommend using the cleansing emulsion, which gently removes make-up and cleanses your face while leaving it feeling pleasantly hydrated and avoiding unnecessary dryness. If you have combination or oily skin, we recommend washing your face gently with the soap nut gel after using the emulsion. Once cleansed, your skin is ready for the next steps in your skincare routine, such as serums and creams. You can also use just the gel – for example, apply it to a konjac sponge and gently massage your face to cleanse it and remove make-up. It’s best to try both methods and see which works best for you. If you’d like to try samples of the products first, please email us your address at poradna@dulcia.sk. Thank you for your question and have a lovely day, The Dulcia natural team
V prípade, ak by ste mali záujem najprv o vzorky produktov, napíšte nám prosím mail s Vašou adresou na poradna@dulcia.sk. Ďakujeme za otázku a prajeme príjemný dník Tím Dulcia natural

Hello Janka, first apply the Soap Nuts cleansing gel to damp skin, massage gently and then rinse with water. Follow with the nourishing cleansing emulsion, applying it as usual to a cotton pad and using it to cleanse the skin until the pad stays clean.  Thank you for your question. Have a lovely day, Lucia :-)
