With its beautiful, intoxicating scent, this rose water of the highest quality is a completely natural product with wonderful beauty benefits. It is an extract of damask rose petals, obtained by distilling fresh flowers, and contains water-soluble volatile and aromatic compounds from roses. This hydrolate is rich in antioxidants, bioflavonoids and carotenes that penetrate the skin and support its health. Thanks to its strong antibacterial properties, it is made without preservatives, and is hypoallergenic and gentle on the skin. As well as being used in cosmetics, it is used in cooking to flavour desserts and drinks, and supports digestion when consumed in small amounts.
Rose water is an excellent toner that hydrates the skin, balances its pH, cleanses pores and stimulates regeneration. It has strong antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects, disinfects, prevents inflammation and tightens pores. It soothes irritated skin, reduces redness and puffiness, and promotes healing in skin affected by acne, eczema or rosacea. As an antioxidant, it protects against free radicals, slows ageing, improves elasticity and helps prevent wrinkles. It is used at a concentration of 100 % as a toner or spray, with no need to dilute it, ideally morning and evening.

Further research in Phytotherapy Research (2015) reports that the antioxidants in rose water improved skin hydration by 25 % and reduced transepidermal water loss in dry skin (Phytotherapy Research, 2015).

For this skin type, I recommend our cleansing emulsion, or alternatively an oil-free makeup remover. For creams, I’d try the Exclusive range – the day and night creams. The day cream has worked fantastically well thanks to its probiotics and prebiotics. Try a sample of the Rosehip cream too; I think it could be a good choice for the cooler months of the year. As a final layer, I recommend the SPF Sun Protection Cream – the sun can also be responsible for inflammatory processes in the skin, so it’s important to protect it. In summer, the Collagen Hydrating Serum is also great; it has worked well for sensitive skin too. Please try the samples I’ve mentioned; I’m sure one of them will suit you.
I’d also like to highlight the importance of regular exfoliation, even for more sensitive skin. We therefore choose a gentle exfoliant without solid particles. This removes the top, horny layer of the skin, made up of dead skin cells, which can make it harder for active ingredients to penetrate into the deeper layers. Try this Enzymatic Evening once every 7–10 days on cleansed skin, followed by the wonderful Soothing Mask with Microbiome Complex – you can leave it on for 20–30 minutes. After removing it, apply your serum or night cream.
Try this routine; I hope it works well for you, just as it has for us in our experience with sensitive skin.

Z krémikov by som vyskúšala radu Exclusive - denný a nočný krém. Denný sa fantasticky osvedčil vďaka obsahu probio a prebiotík. Skúste aj vzorku Šípkového, myslím, že na chladnejšie mesiace v roku by mohol byť OK. Ako poslednú vrstvičku odporúčam Ochranný krém proti slnečnému žiareniu SPF - aj slnko môže byť zodpovedné za zápalové procesy v pokožke a treba si ju preto chrániť. Cez leto je fajn aj na Hydratačné sérum kolagén- aj to sa sovedčilo pri citlivej pokožke. Prosím, vyskúšajte tieto vzoročky, čo som napísala, určite Vám niektorý sadne.
Ešte by som dala do pozornosti pravidelnú exfoliáciu - píling pokožky aj pri citlivejšej pleti - volíme preto píling jemný, bez pevných čiastočiek a odstránime tak hornú zrohovatenú vrstvu pokožky, kt. je tvorená odumretými kožnými bunkami a kvôli kt. ťašžie prenikajú aktívne látky do jej hlbších vrstiev. Vyskôšajte 1x za 7-10dní tento Enzymatický večer na vyčistenú pleť a následne je úžasná maska upokojujúca s mikrobio komplexom - môžete naniesť na 20-30 min. Po ostránení ide sérum/krém na noc.
Skúste si takúto rutinu, verím, že sa Vám osvedčia tak, ako s nimi máme skvelé skúsenosti pri citlivej pokožke.

áno, je vhodná. Ak nemá citlivú pleť, tak aj Mätová vodička - tá bude možno aj vhodnejšia. Samozrejme pravidelné čistenie ráno aj večer - môžete skúsiť jemný a šetrný gélik mydlové orechy - jemne ple´t premasírovať suchými rukami na suchú pleť, potom zmyjeme s vodičkou a následne tonizujeme Mätovou/ Ružovou vodou. Z krémikov je skvelý Ľahký hydratačný krém, ktorý pleť hydratuje, nezaťaží.. A ak by ste si priali, tak 1x do týždňa píling a maska 2v1 čistiaca - najprv pleť jemnúčko premasírovať, vypílingovať a potom nechať pôsobiť 15 min. Je určená na ošetrenie mastnej a problematickej pleti s akné. Zabraňuje tvorbe komedónov, pôsobí ako prírodné antiseptikum, čistí upchané póry a následne ich sťahuje, odstraňuje prebytočný maz, uvoľňuje hlboko usadené nečistoty. Má protizápalové, antibakteriálne a antiseptické účinky. Pílingová zložka veľmi šetrne pokožku masíruje a zbaví odumretých buniek a detoxikuje.

pre výplach nosa sa používa fyziologický roztok - voda zmiešaná so soľou/morskou soľou - miešajú sa v určitom pomere tak, aby bola prirozdená pre ľudské telo. Niektoré konvičky majú dostupnú k sebe aj odmerku, ktorou presne odmeriate množstvo soli a dopustíte čistou vodičkou. Tá má neutrálne pH pokožky, Ružová vodička má pH kyslé, preto by sme odporúčali použiť vodičku čistú (vlažnú ideálne)
